College Heritage & Alumni Portal Knowledge Base
Essential guidance on PPIMSC’s academic legacy since 2007, constitutional alumni governance, verified digital smart cards, directory privacy protocols, and community welfare initiatives.
What is the institutional heritage of PPIMSC and the constitutional mandate of PPIMSCAA?
Founded in 2007 at Nayagaon, Munshiganj and named after the 12th President of Bangladesh, President Professor Dr. Iajuddin Ahmed Residential Model School & College (PPIMSC) stands as one of the nation’s premier residential academic institutions. PPIMSCAA is the official, non-political, and sovereign alumni association uniting graduates across every SSC and HSC cohort—dedicated to lifelong brotherhood, career mentorship, academic excellence, and institutional advancement.

How is PPIMSCAA governed and how are individual SSC/HSC batches represented?
PPIMSCAA is governed by an elected Central Executive Committee alongside designated Batch Representatives from each SSC and HSC passing year. This two-tier structure ensures every batch has a direct voice in organizing grand reunions, verifying fellow batchmates, coordinating emergency welfare drives, and shaping the association’s long-term vision.

Who is eligible for membership and how does the alumni verification process work?
Every former student who has studied at or graduated (SSC, HSC, or transfer alumni) from PPIMSC is eligible to register. To preserve a 100% authentic, spam-free network, new registrations undergo Email OTP verification followed by an institutional security check or verification by your Batch Representative / Central Admin Desk before full portal privileges are activated.

How do I obtain my Official Digital Alumni ID Card and where is it recognized?
Once your profile and membership are verified, your personalized Digital Alumni ID Card is automatically generated in the "My ID Card" section. You can view it in the web portal or mobile app and download a print-ready high-resolution PDF. Each card carries a tamper-proof QR code (`/verify/:token`) that security personnel and event volunteers can scan for instant identity verification at the PPIMSC campus gate, Grand Reunions, and partner venues.

How is my personal contact information protected inside the Alumni Directory?
Your privacy is engineered into the core of the PPIMSCAA platform. Through granular Privacy Settings, you control whether your phone number, email address, blood group, or workplace is visible to everyone, restricted to your batch, or hidden completely. Setting your phone number to "Request Only" requires another verified alumnus to submit a formal access request that you must explicitly approve before your number is revealed.

How can I connect with senior mentors, industry professionals, or emergency blood donors?

Alumni offering career guidance or entrepreneurship support carry dedicated "Job Help" and "Business Owner" badges, enabling juniors and peers to reach out directly via real-time 1-on-1 messaging.
